Sofa King: Rekt is distributed through the App Store. Unless a custom license is separately entered in App Store Connect for this app, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies to your use of the app. This document is an app-specific license summary and supplement. If it conflicts with Apple's required App Store license terms, the required Apple terms control.

License

Your Skin Matters grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Sofa King: Rekt on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as allowed by Apple Media Services usage rules, Family Sharing, and applicable volume purchase rules.

The app is licensed for entertainment use. It is not sold to you, and all rights not expressly granted remain with Your Skin Matters or its licensors.

Apple

This license is between you and Your Skin Matters, not Apple. Your Skin Matters is responsible for the app and its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.

Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this license and may enforce it against you where applicable.

Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, rent, sell, lease, attempt to derive source code from, bypass purchase or ad systems in, manipulate leaderboard submissions from, or create unauthorized derivative works of the app except where applicable law expressly permits that activity.

Support And Maintenance

Support questions may be sent to support@sofakingrekt.com. Maintenance, updates, and support are provided at the discretion of Your Skin Matters and as required by applicable law.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple. Purchases may unlock cosmetics, shards, bundles, or ad removal. Purchases do not grant gameplay advantages, leaderboard advantages, real-money value, ownership of app content, or transferable rights outside the app.

Warranty And Product Claims

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the app is provided without warranties. If applicable law gives you warranty rights that cannot be waived and the app fails to conform to such a warranty, you may notify Apple for any App Store refund right Apple provides. Other claims about the app are the responsibility of Your Skin Matters, not Apple, except where law says otherwise.

Intellectual Property Claims

If a third party claims that the app or your use of it infringes intellectual property rights, Your Skin Matters is responsible for addressing that claim as required by applicable law.

Legal Compliance

You represent that you are not located in a country or region subject to a United States government embargo and are not on a United States government prohibited or restricted party list. You must comply with export, sanctions, and other laws that apply to your use of the app.

Third-Party Terms

Your use of Apple Game Center, StoreKit, App Store payments, the iOS share sheet, and Google Mobile Ads is also subject to applicable third-party terms and policies.

Termination

This license ends automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. When the license ends, you must stop using the app.
