Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are also the terms of service for Sofa King: Rekt because the app does not provide accounts, social profiles, cloud saves, chat, or a separate hosted service. The app is published by Your Skin Matters. Contact: support@sofakingrekt.com.

By downloading or using Sofa King: Rekt, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The Game

Sofa King: Rekt is a one-touch arcade game. The app may include local saves, Game Center leaderboards and achievements, optional in-app purchases, optional rewarded ads, automatic interstitial ads after eligible game-over screens, and share-card generation.

Account And Age

The app does not require a Sofa King: Rekt account. Apple Game Center and App Store purchases are Apple services and may require an Apple Account. If you are under the age required to agree to these terms where you live, a parent or guardian must review and allow your use of the app.

Fair Play

Do not tamper with the app, alter save data, manipulate scores, automate gameplay for leaderboard advantage, interfere with ads or purchase flows, reverse engineer the app except where law allows it, or use the app in a way that harms the app, other players, Apple services, Google services, or the App Store.

Purchases And Virtual Items

In-app purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Purchases may include cosmetic items, shard packs, content bundles, and ad removal. No purchase changes collision size, scoring, phase meter behavior, obstacle readability, physics, or leaderboard fairness.

Shards, cosmetics, trails, death effects, bundles, and similar virtual items have no cash value, are not property, are not transferable outside the app, and cannot be redeemed for money. Apple handles App Store refunds according to its own policies.

Ads

Automatic interstitial ads may appear only after gameplay ends and only when policy gates allow them. Rewarded ads are optional and grant cosmetic currency only. Ads are never required to continue a run and are not shown during active gameplay.

Game Center

Game Center is optional. If you use it, Apple may manage your player identity, leaderboards, achievements, and related interactions. Scores or achievements may fail to report due to network, service, account, or App Store configuration issues.

Sharing

The app may generate a share card from your score, mode, cosmetic avatar, and game-over text. Sharing is optional and controlled by the iOS share sheet. Do not use share cards to harass, impersonate, or mislead anyone.

Ownership

The app, name, artwork, code, gameplay systems, audio, text, icons, and other content are owned by Your Skin Matters or its licensors. You receive a limited right to use the app as allowed by these terms and the applicable App Store license terms.

Availability And Changes

The app may change over time. Features may be added, removed, balanced, disabled, or replaced. Third-party services such as Game Center, StoreKit, and Google Mobile Ads may be unavailable or may change independently.

Disclaimers

The app is provided for entertainment. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the app is provided as-is and as available, without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, or available in every region.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Your Skin Matters is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages related to your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Termination

Your right to use the app may end if you violate these terms. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms when the app changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
